🚚 Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Handmade and customized products (like crochet toys) may require 4–7 days for crafting before dispatch.

Shipping Timeline

  • Delivery within India typically takes:
    • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days (depending on your location)
    • Remote or rural areas: Additional 1–3 days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:
    • Order weight/size
    • Delivery location
    • Courier partner rates
  • Free shipping is currently not applicable unless stated under specific offers.

Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
  • You can track your package through our courier partner’s website.

Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for courier delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or operational disruptions
  • Incomplete or incorrect address details

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You may request a cancellation:

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Before the product has been packed or dispatched

If approved:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded (after deduction of payment gateway charges if applicable).
  • COD cancellations may affect eligibility for future COD orders.

After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped or crafted (in case of handmade products), cancellation is not allowed.

You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if eligible.


⚠️ Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellation is not applicable in these cases:

  • Custom-made / personalized items
  • Handmade-to-order products
  • Orders already packed or shipped
  • Discounted / clearance items

🔄 Failed Delivery

If the customer:

  • Refuses delivery
  • Does not accept the parcel
  • Provides an incomplete or incorrect address

Then:

  • The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
  • Reshipping charges will apply to resend the order.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting:
    • Forward shipping charges
    • Return charges
    • Payment gateway fees
