- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Handmade and customized products (like crochet toys) may require 4–7 days for crafting before dispatch.
✅ Shipping Timeline
- Delivery within India typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days (depending on your location)
- Remote or rural areas: Additional 1–3 days
✅ Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:
- Order weight/size
- Delivery location
- Courier partner rates
- Free shipping is currently not applicable unless stated under specific offers.
✅ Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
- You can track your package through our courier partner’s website.
✅ Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for courier delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Strikes or operational disruptions
- Incomplete or incorrect address details

❌ Order Cancellation Policy
✅ Before Dispatch
You may request a cancellation:
- Within 12 hours of placing the order
- Before the product has been packed or dispatched

If approved:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded (after deduction of payment gateway charges if applicable).
- COD cancellations may affect eligibility for future COD orders.
❌ After Dispatch
Once the order has been shipped or crafted (in case of handmade products), cancellation is not allowed.
You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if eligible.
⚠️ Non-Cancellable Orders
Cancellation is not applicable in these cases:
- Custom-made / personalized items
- Handmade-to-order products
- Orders already packed or shipped
- Discounted / clearance items
🔄 Failed Delivery
If the customer:
- Refuses delivery
- Does not accept the parcel
- Provides an incomplete or incorrect address
Then:
- The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
- Reshipping charges will apply to resend the order.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting:
- Forward shipping charges
- Return charges
- Payment gateway fees
