At Tortokart, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully curate and handcraft products to bring you both quality and happiness. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.
- For hygiene and safety, certain products (like babywear and handmade toys) are returnable only if defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
🚚 How to Request a Return
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number, product details, and reason for return (with photos if possible).
- Our team will guide you through approval and pickup/shipping instructions.
💳 Refunds & Restocking Fee
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll update you on the status.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
- A ₹100 restocking fee per returned product will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
🔄 Exchange Option
- Exchanges are possible, subject to stock availability.
- If unavailable, you may opt for another item or store credit.
